Nov. 21, 2024 Lunch with the WineMaker Menu
Our favorite beef Bourguignon, a melt-in-your-mouth, classic French stew made with tender chunks of beef chuck, bacon, and vegetables braised in red wine
Flavoured with carrots, onions, garlic, bouquet garni, and garnished with pearl onions, mushrooms, bacon
One of the great white wines of the world, a white wine that continues to improve with age, a wine that is enjoyable in it's youth and fantastic as it develops in the bottle. Our 2018 Vintage Roussanne is just now coming into it's own as a power house wine.
The 2021 Estate Chardonnay is deliciously ripe and concentrated. A full bodied wine showing ample pear and apple flavors with just enough oak spices-toast, butter and ginger-that match the fruit intensity quite well.
A refreshing Viognier with aromas of honeysuckle, juicy apricot and pear. Full and complex, this wine expresses distinct varietal characteristics. It's creamy, fruit-forward palate contains flavors of dried apricot, ripe pear, and golden honey for a very smooth finish. This wine is textured, bold, and demands attention.
A magical year for Sauvignon Blanc. Long missing from our Ranch House Tasting Room, we welcome the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc with real pleasure. At once both bright citrus and minerals shine through. Sauvignon Blanc is many people's favorite wine, it is certainly one of ours.
Deceptively purple on the vine and on the crush pad, the ripe berries transform into this smooth well balanced wine. 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards Pinot Gris is a sought after item in the Ranch House. The 2021 Pinot Gris is a light, crisp, clean and vibrant expression of the grape, with citrus flavors and a lingering finish.
Viognier provides classic stone fruit flavors of apricot and peach, Roussanne help balance with an earthy nose and honeyied texture. The ending result is a white wine that is perfect for cocktails or with a light meal for a crowd.
