Fresh Mussels
These amazing mussels are cooked in a chardonnay cream sauce and finished with a touch of lavender and honey.  The touch of honey will allow the wine to bring an explosion of flavor to your mouth.

2013 Snake River Valley Syrah/Mourvedre

Paired with:
Lamb Rack with Sauce Diable (Devil)
Served with roasted young vegetables and Chef’s famous potatoes au gratin.

2014 Eagle Foothills AVA Merlot

Quail Parisienne aux Poivre Rose (Pink Peppercorn)
These pink peppercorns give all of the pepper flavor you’d expect, without the bite, which makes this quail dish the perfect pairing for this spectacular merlot.  Served with mushroom risotto and a vegetable galette.

2014 Eagle Foothills AVA Cabernet Sauvignon
