Where to begin? Where to end? We all just fell in love with this wine in the cellars, in February 2017 when we tasted barrel samples prior to its bottling. Just 76 cases (3 barrels!) were made of this 100% Single-Vineyard Cabernet Franc from our own backyard vineyards in the Eagle Foothills AVA . It's a bold, opulent dark inky with with silky smooth tannins from both fruit and oak barrels. All of the dark fruits are on full display, among them blackberries, black currants, blueberries, and plums. Hints of wheatgrass and bell pepper verify the tell-tale signature of a well-made Cabernet Franc.
