Gary and I would like everyone to meet our new head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. To do this, we're offering Lunch with the Winemaker on Thursday's from 12pm-130pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards.

Arugula Salad with dried apricots, roasted almonds, pecorino romano and feta vinagrette
Slow roasted Boneless Beef Shortribs with braised in American bourbon, molasses and chipotle chilies
Served alongside creamy Parmesan Polenta
Roasted Sweet Brussel Sprouts with ginger and honey glazed carrots
Pear Tarte Tatin with cinnamon and nutmeg and soft whipped cream
Salt and Pepper Crostini and of wine of course
